What are the accepted forms of payment?

  1. Visa, Amex and Mastercard via Paypal website
  2. Paypal account money transfer
  3. Cash on delivery is available only for local orders

Can I change my order after payment?

As a rule, it will be a no. However if a request is made before delivery, and the item/s to be interchanged are of same or lowered value as that orginally purchased, we will try our very best to accomodate.

What is the delivery charge?

Delivery charge per order is set at $6. However this will be waived if per order value exceeds S$80.


What are your shipping methods?

Only one type, we deliver to your doorstep by hand


How long do I have to wait?

We guarantee next day delivery.


What are your delivery hours?

We deliver the next day after you have made your purchases, between 1000hrs and 2000hrs. We will notify beforehand the ETA via email or sms.

If you have a preference, we will be happy to oblige. Please indicate your preferred date and time of delivery upon checking out.

Do you deliver to all countries?

Not for now, soon though.


Do I have to pay customs and import charges?

Customs or import duties charged by the destination country will be incurred by the recipient of the purchased items.


What are your shipping methods?

Only one type, FedEx.


How long do I have to wait?

It depends on your location and choice of FedEx service. - We will advise you through email after FedEx's collection within 24 hours.


Can I track my orders?

Log into your account to view the status of purchases made.
